The last parent meeting for this year!

Our last parent meeting for this year will be on Wednesday, 2 December from 9.00 - 9.45 am, in the Library (Room 7).  We will be finalising the organisation of our multicultural celebrations which will be held in February 2016.  Please come and support us.  We already have some great ideas but we want as many parents of our English language learners to work with our students during our celebrations.  So come and join us and remember, pre schoolers are always welcome.  Remember too, to sign in at the Office before you come to the meeting.  Please take care to notice the areas where you can park on the road when you come to school. 

Our last meeting was busy!

Our last meeting on 21 October was very successful and we had a really great discussion.  As always, the pre school children were kept busy playing with toys.  So please join our discussion this coming Wednesday (11 November) at 9.00 am in the Library (Room 7).  As you know, we will be talking about the Gala and our Multicultural Day next February.  As parents of English language learners at Oaklands, please come and support us - you are most welcome.  Also, don't forget to sign in at the Office before you come to the Library. 

Next Parent Meeting

You are invited to our next parent meeting on Wednesday 11 November,  from 9.00 - 9.45 am, in the Library.  Remember that the Library is now in Room 7.  It is important that you sign in at the Office before you come to the Library.

More families are continuing to enrol at our school, so if you and your family are new to our school, please feel free to come along and meet other families.  Preschool children are welcome too.  Mrs Jan Hall, Deputy Principal, will be at our meeting to discuss how we can best support the Gala, which will be held on Friday 4 December.  We will continue planning for our Multicultural Day, which will be held in February 2016.
